Did you know that the Russian town Pyatigorsk(Пятигорск) is the calque(copy) of the  mountain name located nearby? The name of the mountain is Beshtau (besh is 5 in Turkic and tau is a mountain). Pyatigorsk – pyat’ is 5 in Russian and gori is mountains.
